I approach the journey with my clients by walking alongside them; teaching them to trust in the training, preparation and process that goes into achieving their goals. Often these goals include weight loss, becoming stronger, increasing cardiorespiratory health and injury recovery. In my 18 years of personal training, I've realized it comes down to one thing: people just want to feel better. It is natural for one to want results overnight, but I like to help remind and direct my clients to focus on finding a healthy middle ground of pushing towards their goals but having patience in the process.
